Tamworth Wedding Photographer | Jon & Madalina
Being Jon & Madalina’s Tamworth Wedding Photographer
When Jon & Madalina first got in touch, I was thrilled to discover they wanted me to be their Tamworth wedding photographer. This was a vintage themed wedding with a hint of influence from the Peaky Blinders. As a Birmingham wedding photographer I was very excited to document this unique wedding. Jon & Madalina had chosen Tamworth Registry Office to tie the knot. It was my first time shooting this beautiful building. I then just loved how we walked through the town and then down to Tamworth Castle to continue the day. I will certainly not be forgetting this wedding and loved working with these two amazing people!
It truly was a unique location and day. I’m very proud to now have it in my wedding photography Birmingham portfolio.
I’am so excited for you all to see how this wonderful day unfolded. I really hope you like looking through the images as much as I enjoyed documenting them. I just loved being their Tamworth wedding photographer.
How Jon & Madalina’s Tamworth Wedding Photography Began
It was a lovely overcast afternoon and I had arrived early. I always love to do this as I think it’s paramount to capture the details and architecture ahead of time. For me this element of my Birmingham wedding photography really helps bring the album together.
Shortly after Jon & his groomsmen arrived and started to greet the guests. It was such a fun and relaxed environment. It’s times like this when it really is so enjoyable to be a Tamworth wedding photographer. When everyone is happy my job becomes so much easier. I live for capturing emotion and making moments for my clients. Within Birmingham wedding photography this is what I enjoy the most. The constantly differnt challenges I face to create beautiful memories for my couples.
Tamworth Registry Office Ceremony
Upon arriving at Tamworth Registry Office I was blown away with the beauty of the inside. I was really excited for the service to begin so I could capture moments in this beautiful building. As a Tamworth wedding photographer I get a real buzz of amazing venues.
Arriving early as I always do, I made sure to document the space before anyone arrived. If time permits on the day, it’s important to me to have these shots in the album. I really love to tell the complete story of your wedding. Being a big landscape and architecture enthusiast it always reminds me to bring in the details. Wedding photography Birmingham is my passion but I do enjoy lots of the other types of photography. Merging these together I think helps me offer a more unique perspective.
With everyone now ready and seated, all we had to do was wait for the bride. Jon was eagerly awaiting her and I caught some lovely moments of him unawares.
How The Rest Of The Day Unfolded
As you have just seen in the above images, we had headed over to Tamworth Castle after the ceremony. A truly gorgeous location to have some portraits. I was just in awe of the amazing colour everywhere. As a Tamworth wedding photographer I knew this location well and couldn’t wait to begin.
I just love the challenge of capturing beautiful portraits in new locations every week. This was a particularly special place as it presented me so many incredible opportunities. The vibrant colours of the flowers were a must to be in my composition. A lens I’ve added to my wedding photography Birmingham kit this year was screaming at me. The Nikon 85mm 1.4G as it takes the most gorgeous images in this situation. As we weren’t in a hurry I took my time creating some dramatic poses and got to work making memories for Jon & Madalina.
I’am so happy with how the images turned out and they love them. For me that is the greatest thing I can ask for within my Birmingham wedding photography business. All I want is for my clients to be happy, nothing else matters to me!
It was now time to head over to the Castle Hotel to continue the celebrations. Jon & Madalina had really made good use of the space and setup some wonderful decor. We soon went into the speeches which were fab, as most of you know one of my favourite times of the day!
A Special Moment At The Caste Hotel
With the day now drawing to and end for me, I wanted to create one more image. Jon & Madalina had expressed they really liked my dramatic style of night images. With me only being there for half the day and it still being light this was certainly a challenge. I readily accepted and got to work looking for the best location. This is what I truly love about Birmingham wedding photography, no two weddings are the same and it drives me to be creative. As a Birmingham wedding photographer I will never stop striving to deliver creative and unique images to my clients.
