Based in Birmingham, I travel extensively, to capture the photos you deserve on your wedding day. In the past decade, I have shot many weddings all across the UK and internationally. I know when you are planning a destination wedding the option to use the hotel photographer or one on location is there. Which is great for some couples. However, those that wish to elevate their wedding photography through a series of photojournalism-style images, set and taken in a candid style, suited to them as a couple should probably look to book a destination wedding photographer from thier own country!
I think it’s vital you can build rapport with your destination wedding photographer before your day. Just because you are choosing to get married abroad doesn’t mean you should sacrifice your wedding photography. The connection you need to develop with your photographer is key to great images. Sometimes there can be a language barrier with photogrpahers aborad, so a photographer from your home country can most likely connect better with you!

MY OWN EXPERIENCE AS A DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
This is something I have experienced personally. Lisa and I got married in Lanzarote back in 2016. We knew our wedding photography was too important to leave things to chance. We decided a destination wedding photogrpaher was the right decision for us. I am so pleased we made that choice as a couple. Our wedding photos are amazing and extremely precious to us, as I’m sure yours will be to you.
As a well-travelled destination wedding photographer, I completely understand what is involved in your photography abroad and I am here to help guide you through ther process and to help you know what you can expect, how it will work, and any other queries you may have.

Being comfortable around your photographer means you’ll be yourselves and I will capture the real YOU!
HOW MUCH DOES ALL THIS COST?
Again as a destination wedding photographer I want to be transparent about this! It’s more more simple to book me for a midweek wedding during the peak season, as weekends are more of a challenge! For midweek weddings it’s my normal package price, plus flights, accomodation and a rental car if nessesary. For a weekend during wedding season, it’s best to get in touch for a more bespoke quote depending on the location and date.
